Linear WOR Wiegand Output Receiver Wireless Access Control

Linear’s WOR Wiegand output receiver offers access control interface functionality to block coded digital transmitters. A 5-wire connection is used to code data and transmit it from the transmitters to the main control panel of the access control system. The Wiegand output receiver supports 26, 30 and 31-bit output formats that are controlled with the receiver’s 16 dipswitches. Choose the option of lockout, hold or button offset to best suit your facility’s security needs.

A local whip antenna comes with the WOR Wiegand output receiver and attaches to the remote radio receiver’s built in connector. The directional and omni-directional antennas can be connected using an RG-59 cable. Choose the antenna that will provide the necessary range suited for your needs.

Two lights are used to indicate the receiver’s current status. The red light indicates that the receiver is being powered with DC power and the green light indicates access has been allowed. A radio light illuminates when radio signal is being detected by the Wiegand output receiver. The receiver is weatherproof and can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications.
