Description

The SF705 Wander Wearables tag is a next-generation tag for the Tek-CARE700 Wander Management System. The SF705 is designed to be unobtrusive and sleek, mimicking the look of a wearable fitness tracker instead of a traditional, institutional tag.

The SF705 tag is permanently sealed against dust and moisture and is easily cleanable. The SF705 tag does not have a visual LED indicator. It is important to test tag batteries every week. The updated ID-TAD Tag Activator/Deactivator can also display the current battery level of the SF705 tag.

Up to 254 SF705 tags may be used on a single TekCARE system, with each tag being assigned to a resident using the LS450 Config Tool software. In typical service, the battery life for an SF705 tag is approximately 6 months. A deactivated SF705 tag has a 10-year shelf life when stored correctly.

The specially-designed rubberized wristband can be secured using one of three different fastening options, from low to high security. Kits of 5 replacement bands (includes fasteners) are available from TekTone by ordering part number RP705K.
