TekTone SS106 Dome Light Call Signaling Transformer

TekTone SS106 Transformer is an adjustable low-voltage AC power supply designed for use with many TekTone Tek-CARE® systems. The SS106 provides 8 VAC, 16 VAC, or 24 VAC output and is rated up to 30 VA, depending on the selected output voltage. It is required for use with the PK601A when powering dome lights.

The SS106 is a UL® Listed Class 2 transformer with built-in thermal protection that automatically shuts off if the transformer becomes excessively hot. It is designed for surface mounting or installation through a standard 1/2-inch hole in an electrical box. The transformer can be installed in either a plastic or metal electrical box. Primary connections are made using stripped wire leads and a ground wire, while secondary connections are made using screw-type terminals.
