TekTone SF380A Visual-Only Patient Station Nursecall System

The TekTone SF380A Visual-Only Patient Station aids in the communication between patients and staff at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. The TekTone SF380A includes the operation of two dome light bulbs, senses switch movement when used with the emergency switch, and offers various types of communication. Bath emergencies, code calls, or basic routine can be efficiently communicated with the help of the TekTone SF380A.

The face-plate of the TekTone SF380A is constructed from flame-retardant plastic. Also, the TekTone SF380A includes a built-in smoke detector to ensure the protection of the staff and patients. The TekTone SF380A must be used with one of the following: LI380, LI382 or LI384A Corridor Dome Light; Tek-CARE NC300II Nurse Call System; or SF301A Push-button or SF301G Geriatric Call Cord.

The TekTone SF380A indicates when out-calls are made, and also allows routine input calls. Depending on whether the code switch or emergency switch is used with the TekTone SF380A, the staff can prioritize the urgency of the output calls accordingly. Additional benefits of the TekTone SF380A include a call-placed indicator, low energy requirement, a station-bus connector pin that corresponds with existing IR-series station, and that the TekTone SF380A does not have need of an IR-series station.  Station addressing operates a 7-position dipswitch.
