TekTone IR318B Single Patient Station Nursecall System

The TekTone IR318B Single Patient Station is a hands-free communication system for healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics and assisted living facilities. This system provides clear two-way communication between exam room patients and staff. The TekTone IR318B allows privacy programming, staff paging and patient importance to be assigned from the main station. A patient simply has to pull on the six foot long pull cord in order to place a call to staff through the TekTone IR318B. An LED light will illuminate once the cord is pulled to give confirmation to that patient that the call has gone through. The TekTone IR318B requires the TekTone NC300 nurse call station to operate. It is interchangeable with other TekTone systems to allow quick and easy replacement.

The TekTone IR318B Single Patient Station is 4.5 inches high, 6.375 inches wide, and 2.75 inches in depth. It projects half of an inch above the surface that it is affixed to. The plastic casing is made with flame resistant material and encased in Steel City #H3BD and #3GC plaster ring. The TekTone IR318B has speakers that are 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches and provide clear communication between patients and staff at the master station.
