Rath RP7700LTE4AT - Emergency Assistance LTE Link for Cellular Redundancy

Rath - Avire RP7700LTE4AT Atel Verizon Lte4G Cellular is a robust gateway product aimed to provide a reliable cellular connection instead of the outdated analog telephone line. Specifically built for use in life safety systems, the product makes it possible to communicate with the emergency operator through the reliable Verizon 4G LTE cellular network.

Using the provided interfaces, the product can serve as a universal gateway for connecting both the Rath/Avire emergency phones and other communication products. Additionally, the ruggedized industrial construction and strong antenna would make it ideal to work in RF-intensive conditions such as those found in elevator machine rooms or parking garage control center. Switching to cellular network allows to save costs on landline rental fees and use a more efficient protocol for network management.

What It Does

The product is designed to work as a particular type of a gateway for users to shift their emergency communications to the Verizon network by using cellular technology.

• Landline Alternative: Enables the connection through which the analog voice can be transmitted from a 2-wire emergency phone and sent to the emergency operator via cell towers.
• Dual Path Supervision: Provides the opportunity to monitor simultaneously two separate paths - cellular connection and field device connectivity.
• Power Management: Manages internal battery power supply providing 12 volts to keep the communications active during a power outage.
• Data Transfer: Transmits additional information including the number and location data for E911 purposes.
