The R5KDCRC4 provides (4) isolated, latched, normallyopen, or normally closed relay contact outputs for dry contact circuit connections. It can be used to drive additionalrelays for high voltage control or general contact closureapplications (low current < 1 A) that are not appropriate forsolid-state relays. Applications for the R5KDCRC4 includeopening doors and controlling latch locks.The Relay Output Control Module can be programmed tooperate in one of four ways for fail-safe operation: 

• Normal: The relay is controlled by locally connectedstations. 

• Freeze: The rely on will lock in its state prior to disconnection. 

• On: The relay closes. 

• Off: The relay opens. 

The R5KDCRC4 is compatible with the R5KDC06 6-pointVisual Domeless Controller and the R5KDC46 6-pointAudio Domeless Controller and mounts within the dome-less controller chassis.
