The Responder® 4000 SLIM Push for Help/Staff Registration or Resident Check-in Station is an emergencydual pushbutton station that has the ability to place two(2) unique call priorities from a single station. The bottombutton is used to place a “Staff Presence” or “StaffRegistration” call. Using an optional button, the station canbe customized to provide a “Resident Check-in” call-inpriority level. The Cancel button allows for the cancellationof the call at the station. This type of station is normallylocated at a patient room headwall for placing a call forhelp, staff assist, and/or staff registration. Whencustomized with the “Resident Check-in” button, the stationmay be located in the bathroom or near the entrance to theunit. 

The Push for Help / Staff Registration or Check-in Station isconnected to its associated corridor light and iscontinually supervised for station presence. Throughprogramming, a “Trouble” message can annunciate at theassociated console(s) when the station is removed from thesystem.
