The R5K Dual 1/4" Jack Station provides the ability to place two unique call priorities from a single station. The station is typically installed in resident rooms and monitors medical equipment that is routinely used. The 2 Jack Station allows an alarm from resident monitoring equipment to light corridor lights, tone, and display at a console, as well as directly alert caregivers carrying wireless devices. Each ¼” jack is supervised, so if a piece of equipment is unplugged a call will be placed.

When used in conjunction with the optional Responder® 5000 Speaker Module, the station can be used as a dual bed station with CC200 or equivalent ¼” Call Cords to place call-ins. The cord Out signal is provided when a call cord is removed from its jack. The LED by the left jack turns green or yellow, providing a monitor function when the speaker is active.

The 2 Jack Station is connected to its associated corridor light and is continually supervised for station presence. Through programming, a “Trouble” message can annunciate at the associated consoles(s) when the station is removed from the system.
