The Responder® 4000 SLIM 1⁄4” Jack & ButtonStation provides the ability to place two unique callpriorities from a single patient station. This station istypically installed in the inpatient room, in conjunction withResponder® 4000 SLIM Speaker Module, and allows bothpatients and staff to place different call-in priorities,depending on their requirements. It can also be used tomonitor medical equipment at the assigned console(s) orwireless devices. The R4K15V offers the added capabilityof placing an emergency call. 

The 1⁄4” Jack input issupervised, so if a call cord or piece of equipment isunplugged, a call will be placed.The 1⁄4” Jack & Button Station is connected to its associatedcorridor light and is continually supervised for station presence. Through programming, a “Trouble”message can annunciate at the associated console(s)when the station is removed from the system.
