The R4KESR is a dual-function station allowing staff membersto manually register in a room (one level) and place an emergency callwhen in need of additional assistance. Press the staff registrationbutton and the associated corridor lamp(s) lights to indicate a staffmember is in the room. Through programming, a facility has theoption of having the staff registration button cancel calls placed fromthat room. Users may review the location of staff registered in roomsusing R4K4020 — LCD Console or R4KANN — Annunciate Panel.If a staff member needs additional assistance, pressing the “Pushfor Help” button will place an emergency level call to the associatedconsole(s) or annunciate panel(s). Pressing the “Cancel” button willcancel the call. 

The R4KESR is connected to its associated corridor light ordomeless room controller and is continually supervised for stationpresence. Through programming, a “Trouble” message canannunciate at the associated console(s) when the station is removedfrom the system.
