Multitenant Video Intercom Apartment Building Camera Kit

Our video intercom system offers increased security for residential properties by providing both voice and video intercom. Video monitors can range in size from 4.6 to 10 inches. All video intercom monitors are color monitors and include volume and brightness adjustment options. They can also be setup with easy auto viewing. Our BE-V5-7R and BE-V5-7RW monitors include picture memory for storing the last 100 images. This video intercom system can accommodate up to 300 video monitors. Concierge stations are also available with the BEC series video intercom for added security. Doors can be unlocked from both tenant apartments and from the concierge station.

The door panels with this video intercom system come with many security features. Door entry units provide around-the-clock monitoring through the use of infrared night vision. Each video intercom door panel has a 12 VDC electric strike lock wired to it. Tenants have a variety of entry options. Door entry units have card readers, which read both key fobs and access cards, as well as keypads for access code entry. The BEC series video intercom comes with up to 16 door entry units. It operates on a CAT5 cable network.

This video intercom can be tailored to the needs of both smaller buildings with a couple tenants and residential properties with a higher traffic flow.
