The Model T-90D Supervised Door/Window Transmitter is a supervised, digitally-coded radio transmitter designed for applications such as door/window security and is compatible with any Linear SX format supervised security receiver . The T-90D is supervised for alarms and restorers, low battery, status, tamper, and test.

The T-90D transmitter can be triggered with the built-in internal magnetic contacts, with various types of external contacts, or both. When using one of the internal contacts and the external input, both sensors must be secured for a restore transmission, faulting either sensor will cause an alarm transmission. External inputs can be either normally open or normally closed.

The digital SX transmitters are pre-coded in the factory so that no field coding is required, and the SX code format is equipped with more than 16 million possible codes. Powering each T-90D transmitter are two self-sustaining type 2032 3-volt batteries. When the battery voltage is low, a low battery report will be sent to the receiver with which the transmitter it is paired.
