The 2GIG Gun Motion Detector (2GIG‐GNGRD1‐345) is designed for use with certain hand guns and rifles. It communicates with the control panel using the 345 MHz frequency. When properly installed, and the gun is moved, signals are transmitted to the control panel. See Working With Your GoControl Panel, next page, for expected behavior.

The 2GIG-GNGRD-345 will periodically transmit a status signal to the 2GIG Control Panel. If this device is placed in a safe or locked box the radio transmission may be impeded. Ask your security dealer about adding a repeater to ensure effective communications between the devices.
