Rath - Avire E10 32/WPS E10 32 Unit With Power Supply consists of advanced E-Series door detection and communication solutions. This product allows providing best protection against any damage due to contact with elevator doors. More specifically, the elevator door protection is made up of the latest E10 32 light curtains sensors along with the dedicated 110V AC WPS power supply. It's sold as a ready-to-install solution and can be easily installed during elevator modernization or when installing an elevator in a new shaft. Thin 10mm profile allows integrating the sensors into the door gap without any changes to the mechanical elements of the elevator door system. In combination with world-known Avire infrared detection systems, the product keeps your elevator doors highly responsive and fully protected from any passenger contacts and impacts or other obstacles.

Functions of the Product

The E10 32/WPS works as a "light curtain" door protection device. Using 36 diodes and criss-crossing of the infrared beams produced by the sensor, it creates a network of up to 174 infrared beams across the whole door opening area. In case there is an obstruction in the detecting range of the sensor, it sends a signal about that fact to the elevator controller. Besides, using the WPS power supply, the system powers not only the sensors but also the control module of the elevator system. Also, it provides an output trigger for the system connection.
