Use the 570-303A adapter when you need to connect both a call cord and a pillow speaker to a patient station. (This adapter can also be used with a call cord only.) 

This adapter accepts a common pushbutton call cord, air-activated call cord, or auxiliary monitor device with a standard 1/4-inch (6.4 mm) diameter plug. 

If the adapter, its attached call cord, or its attached pillow speaker is unplugged, a cord outcall is placed. To cancel the call, either press the CANCEL button on the station (if the device is no longer needed) or reinsert the device and press CANCEL
