Cornell POTS-4800S Sentinel AOR - POTS Assembly

Description:

The POTS Network Adapter (POTS-4800S) is required to hook up the Sentinel Area of Refuge Main System (CM-4800S) to a POTS telephone line, allowing the Area of Refuge Call Station (4800VS) to call an offsite to a preprogrammed emergency number (Outside Monitoring not Included).

Operation:

The Sentinel Area of Refuge system call off-site; POTS, VoIP, SIP are supported. The POTS Network Adapter is required for the POTS line to be connected to the system.

Mounting:

: Mounted using included Polyurethane Foam Mounting Tape. Mounts to a 1U 8” networking rack shelf which shall mount inside the Main System Box (CM-4800S).

Engineering Specifications:

The contractor shall furnish and install the CORNELL POTS-4800S POTS Network Adapter as indicated on the specification when a POTS line is used for off-site monitoring. The contractor shall install the POTS Network Adapter per the instructions included.
