Cornell 4800VIP Remote Call Station with Intercom

Operation:

The 4800IP system can support a total of 500+ Call Stations, systems over 250 are considered custom. The Station will initiate an alarm at to the Base Station(s) when the red mushroom button is pressed.

Mounting:

It is required that each Call Station be mounted in a 2-gang electrical back box (minimum of 2” deep). Call Stations connect to the Main System or Expansion Module using an RJ45 connector and Cat5E (or better) cable.

Engineering Specifications:

The contractor shall furnish and install the CORNELL 4800VIP Call Stations as indicated on the plans. Faceplates shall be satin-finish, heavy gauge stainless steel with silk-screened designations. The activation button shall be via a Red Mushroom Pushbutton (Flush Mount Button Optional Replacement) with an integral LED indicator. Stations shall be mounted in a 2-gang electrical back box (minimum 2” deep)
