CENTRAL STATION MONITORING SERVICE (Monthly Charge)

COST PER MONTH (Can be Billed quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly) 

1. BEC Integrated Solutions maintains a central station for the receipt of electronic signals from burglar, fire and other alarms (Alarm Signals) and the dispatch and/or notice of the designated authorities including police, fire, subscribers, and so on.
2. Install Dealer shall be responsible for the proper installation and connection of the Subscribers' alarm systems to the interface with the public utility or other medium responsible for transmitting activation of the Alarm Signals to Central Station.
3. BEC Integrated Solutions is relieved of any obligation to Install Dealer or any of the Subscribers in the event of any strike, riot, flood, fire, act of God or any other cause beyond the control of BEC Integrated Solutions including, but not limited to, interruption in telephone service or electrical failures, or the improper usage or maintenance of alarm systems by Install Dealers or the Subscribers.
4. Agreement, and shall automatically renew for one (1) year renewal periods thereafter upon the same terms and conditions as herein contained until a cancellation notice is received by BEC Integrated Solutions from Install Dealer with at least (30) days written notice.
