This is an IP device that acts as a gateway between its smart stations and the Telligence LAN, providing data, power and a voice path to connected smart stations. Each TSG supports up to 40 devices (Dome Lights, Patient Stations and Staff/Duty Stations). Maximum distance from TSG to last hallway device is 1000 feet. Another way of determining the number of Gateways needed is to assume up to 16 rooms per gateway.
