What It Does
The lift/car has 7200M-C156 (linking main visual communications). When a two-way text-based communications link between the rescue personnel and a passenger(s) were involved in an emergency situation (i.e. passenger entrapment), the two-way communications link would be displayed. Hearing/Speech impaired passengers can additionally read and respond to the operator Via Text. The ability will act as a necessary emergency life safety communications tool when necessary, and as a means by which the operator can provide a general building and/or floor information when the need arises.
