    What it Does

The 7100 MRU supports the routing of complex voice, video, and data signals. The 7100 receives agent emergency calls from the elevator cab and provides two-way visual-text communication for passengers who are unable to hear or speak. The 7100 converts in-cab signals to a format that enables second monitor communications locally and provides remote communications via cloud-based or local remote command centres, and supplies power to the in-ep and displays in order to keep the system in operational condition.
