    What It Does

To regulate the entire communication process, the central configuration and monitoring of the BOSS is used. It delivers power to the Call Commander master station, as well as to all the related call boxes. In case of any emergency, it handles call queuing and redirects calls to up to two outbound emergency phone numbers in case the local command centre is unmanned, making sure that not a single life-safety call would be left to go unanswered.
