    What It Does

The 2500-12NC-C8 is the main intelligence centre of an Area of Rescue (AoR) or lift phone system. It has 12 zones that can be monitored, alerting the operator with immediate visual and audible indications of a call. The 8-CO lines allow for multiple external calls to be made to emergency crews, eliminating the risk of life-safety calls being delayed due to line contention.

    • 8-CO Line Redundancy: Offers 8 lines for outgoing calls (CO lines) to communicate with 911 and/or remote monitoring.
    • Call Queuing: In the event of multiple simultaneous emergency calls, calls are placed in a queue, and a professional message is played until the operator is able to join the call.
    • Real-Time Zone ID: LED lights are dedicated to each zone to indicate which zone is placing the call, enabling quicker response times.
    • Flexible Communication Options: The operator can use the handset or speakerphone as needed for confidential and group discussions.

    Common Application

    • Parking Garage Offices: Monitoring 12-floor parking garage emergency intercoms from a central location.
    • Building Lobbies: Offering an attendant's desk for concierge or security to answer calls from stairwell and elevator help phones.
    • Medical Offices: Overseeing local emergency help stations in a clinic or hospital.
