Rath 2100-SVMASTER - Emergency Call Display Module for Master Station View
Rath - Avire 2100-SVMASTER SmartView Master Display + Pc is the optimum option for the SmartView's command-and-control system. The master display has a significant resolution. Furthermore, this system includes an industrial PC. Therefore, it provides a localised location to monitor the emergency communication of elevators and take appropriate action. This design satisfies the current accessibility standard codes by ensuring an adequate level of clarity as it relates to voice communication (both visual and auditory) and text-based communication (both visual and auditory) to meet the needs of those who cannot hear or speak clearly.

What it Does
The 2100-SVMASTER is the operator's station for the elevator emergency network. The users of this device can contact security, so that the security personnel will be able to manage multiple elevators simultaneously. In addition to regular voice communication (which is a standard offering), providing text communication to passengers is extremely beneficial for employees (operators). It allows the operators to assist all passengers who are either hearing or speech impaired. The PC-based backend of the 2100-SVMASTER will provide the operator with the management of the queue of calls for assistance, provide real-time updates of the status of the elevator cars, and allow the operator to create an accurate visual record of all emergencies as they occur.
Technical Specs
- Design: 2100-SVMASTER
- Components of the design: Master Display Monitor & Pre-configured Industrial PC.
- Communication: Two-way and full-duplex voice communication with bidirectional and visual communication using rotary switches as well as socket or dielectric insulation; ultrasonic communication; two-way voice, bidirectional and visual communication; and full-duplex, analogue-gate, CTDP (critical two-way digital port)/CPTDP (critical port two-way digital).
- Ultrasonic Interface: Centralised Graphical User Interface (GUI) for zone manager and call manager.
- Connection: All systems only communicate over the LAN (ethereally) for TO-NET only; not through any WiFi or home network.
- Compatibility: Selectable Rath-Avire SmartView and 2100 Series elevator telephone direct dial from the elevator telephone through conference-call routing.
- Compliance: All comply with the ANSI (American National Standards Institute) standard (e.g., ADA, ASME A17.1, CSA B44, and IBC).
Benefits & Key Features
- Vision of Communication for All: All eTrust elevator codes now require a combination of verbal and textual/Visual communication in order for an elevator to be safe for both deaf people and non-impaired populations, which is now possible for all passengers who utilise the elevators.
- Centralised Graphical Dashboard: All operators can view all the elevators in the building from one single location, so that they know which lift is "on-call" (or in motion), where it is located in the queue.
- Fully/Clarity Colour Monitoring: All text messages, warnings, alarms or alerts should be quickly visible and easy to read whenever the elevator is in a potentially hazardous condition.
- Automated Event Logging: Phone connection automatically stores all call history with sender, receiver, date stamp, etc. to provide a complete record for liability compliance audits.
- Scalable Software Architecture: Can support a large bank of elevators, which makes it a future-proof solution to expand facilities and high-rise development.
Common Application
The 2100-SVMASTER is the proper control instrument of the modern high-occupancy and high-level communication settings:
- High-Rise Commercial Towers: Kids of elevator emergency management are concentrated in the main security operations centre (SOC).
- Large Hospital Complexes: Making sure that the clinical and security staff can get in touch with patients or visitors trapped in elevator cars via voice or text.
- Residential Buildings of Luxury: Availing a professional tool to the staff of the concierge in order to handle elevator entrapment and assistance requests.
- University & Corporate Campuses: Integrating elevator surveillance of multiple buildings into a single central command centre.
