The R4KSR1 is a one-level Staff Registration station that provides the ability for staff to manually register into each patient room or staff location. By pressing the touchpoint on the R4KSR1 the associated corridor lamp will light solid to indicate that a staff member is in the room. Through programming, a facility has the option of having the Staff Registration station cancel calls placed from that room. Users may review the location of staff registered in rooms using an LCD Console or Annunciate Panel. When a call is placed from a room that has staff already registered, the system has the capability of upgrading the priority of that call to indicate the need for staff assistance. 

The staff registration station is connected to its associated corridor light or domeless room controller and is continually supervised for station presence. Through programming, a “Trouble” message can annunciate at the associated console(s) when the station is removed from the system.
