The R4KRA1 is a dual pushbutton station typically located in residents' apartments. Through programming, the call-assurance LED on the “Check-In” button can flash at various intervals to alert and remind a resident to check in at a designated time. After a certain length of time, if the resident has not checked in for the day, a call may be placed on the system, alerting the caregiver. The “Push for Help” button allows residents to place a unique call priority at the console if they are in need of assistance. The Cancel touchpoint allows for the cancellation of the call at the station. 

The R4KRA1 is connected to its associated corridor light or domeless room controller and is continually supervised for station presence. Through programming, a “Trouble” message station presence. Through programming, a “Trouble” message can annunciate at the associated console(s) when the station is removed from the system.
