The NC4JACK is a single gang general-purpose sub-station used in conjunction with various Responder Input Modules such as the Responder IV NCFAM, Responder 4000 R4KFAM and the Responder 5 354100. The unit is typically installed in patient rooms and monitors medical equipment that is routinely used. The NC4JACK is connected to a control station and will drive a corridor lamp outside the patient room as well as display and sound tones at the Floor Control Station. 

The NC4JACK and associated input modules are connected using the supplied 4 pin connecting cable. A maximum of 2 NCFAMs, 4 R4KFAMs and 2 354100 can be connected to a single NC4JACK. When connected to the appropriate input modules, the NC4JACK allows users to place a maximum of four unique calls. The NC4JACK can be connected to various male (normally open dry contact) 1 /4" jack-compatible medical instruments.
